All student renters must fill out an application, submit ID and 2 most recent pay-stubs*. A credit check is required for any applicant over 18 years old.

*If your parent is paying for your portion of rent and utilities each month, you do not need to submit pay stubs.

Each student renter must have ONE parent/guardian co-signer apply as well. Each parent co-signer is also required to fill out an application, submit ID and 2 most recent pay stubs. A credit check is required.

Once your application is accepted, lease Drafts will be emailed to all parties for questions and comments. Once ready, links to e-sign the lease will be emailed to all parties. Once fully executed, you will receive the lease via email for your records as well as hard copy from the landlord at move in.

To pay rent: Checks are to be received by the 1st of each month. There is a late fee is rent is received after the 5th of each month.
